Find extra time to focus on what really matters to you.

My name’s Bryce Chapman. I’m excited about waking up early each morning to take focussed action towards the things that are important to me…...before the rest of the day gets in the way.

Why am I so excited?

Well… after more than a decade of waking up at 5am I now get to share what I have learnt with other like minded high achievers (and those who dream of becoming high achievers).

It’s called the 5am Mindset and it has changed my life, and I know it will help you do the same.

Is there something you have been busting to do for years but a busy life full of commitments keeps getting in the way. Maybe you want to:

  • Get a promotion

  • Start a business

  • Spend more time with the family

  • Get fit

  • Lose weight

  • Write a book

  • Become an actor

I know there’s a lot more you may want to get started on and I know having a 5am Mindset will get you there so to get you started right now I have included heaps of free stuff in this website, so check it out.

Want more?  Join our group, if totally free and I’ll be giving you heaps of more free training as you work towards living a great life, instead of dreaming about it.

By the way, we call ourselves the 5am’ers.

Famous 5amers

Early to bed, early to rise makes a man
healthy, wealthy and wise.
— Benjamin Franklin. Poor Richard’s Almanack, 1735.

You have a choice, either get out of bed at 5.00 a.m. and start to be successful or stay in bed and dream about being successful. Most successful people get up early. Most unsuccessful people sleep in. If you look back in history you will see that many of the great achievers have been early risers such as Peter the Great, Christopher Columbus, George Washington, Thomas Jefferson and Daniel Webster.

The 5am Mindset has the primary purpose of giving you clarity to what your primary goal in life is and giving you focus to take action immediately towards achieving it success. Take strength from the men and women who understand this source of clarity and have chosen to make it a most valuable daily habit.

In more modern times evidence that many of the world’s successful high achievers are early risers clearly shows this is a habit, which has outstanding results.

— Paul Allica

Out of work University Graduate, Paul Allica took the challenge of taking action with Bryce to find direction, motivation and focus that led him to acting with Arnold schwarzenegger, Jackie Chan and Scarlett Johansson.

On set in China, Paul sent me this quick thank you.
